Returns & Refunds Policy
Because our products are made-to-order through our print partner, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, misprinted, or damaged in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at admin@coachingtheelite.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Buyer’s remorse
- Items returned without authorization
Sizing
Please check the size charts carefully before ordering, as we cannot process returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections.
Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to post the refund.
